Cement brick structure
1、粘土:要含有一定量的松散颗粒,以利于拌水泥。含砂量少的粘土,可在土中配砂。含砂量少又较硬的粘土,须磨碎后再配砂。
1. Clay: to contain a certain amount of loose particles to facilitate mixing cement. Clay with less sand content can be mixed with sand in soil. The clay with less sand content and hard clay must be ground before sand mixing.
2、水泥:掺入10%的425#普通硅酸盐水泥,能提高砖的强度和耐水性能,浸水后不开裂。否则,一般砖会出现开裂现象。
2. Cement: adding 10% 425 ordinary portland cement can improve the strength and water resistance of brick, and will not crack after soaking in water. Otherwise, the general brick will crack.
3、外加剂:掺入少量外加剂(加强剂),除提高砖的硬结强度外,还能减少水泥用量,降低制品成本。
3. Admixture: adding a small amount of admixture (strengthening agent) can not only improve the hardening strength of brick, but also reduce the cement consumption and product cost.
4、水:用水量适当,砖的强度就高。成型水分少,砖的强度则差,物料在模内阻力大,单面加压,砖底面不密实;成型水分多,底面潮湿,出模时容易碰坏。当砂土含水率为3—5%,成型时的用水量以10%为宜。若原料细砂过多,则降至8%。
4. Water: if the water consumption is appropriate, the strength of brick will be high. The molding moisture is less, the strength of the brick is poor, the resistance of materials in the mold is large, the single side pressure, the brick bottom surface is not dense; the molding moisture, the bottom surface is wet, easy to be damaged when mold. When the moisture content of sand is 3-5%, the water consumption for molding is 10%. If there is too much fine sand in raw material, it will be reduced to 8%.
